Return to Light: A Winter Solstice Yoga & Sound Healing Journey
As the longest night of the year unfolds, take time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your inner light.
This 90-minute Winter Solstice journey weaves together restorative yoga, mindful breathwork, and the healing resonance of crystal singing bowls and chimes to invite deep relaxation, balance, and renewal.
We’ll begin with slow, intentional movement to release layers of tension and ground into the present moment. As your body softens into stillness, waves of sound will surround you — guiding your mind into calm, your breath into ease, and your spirit into harmony.

Introduction to Chair Yoga
Patanjali, the author of the Yoga Sutras, wrote the famous guiding principle, “sthira sukham asanam,” or “the pose should be comfortable and steady.” In this workshop, we welcome ALL bodies to receive the benefits of this ancient practice. Pull up a chair and let's get moving!
In this 75 minutes yoga class, we will modify classical yoga poses to make them more accessible to a wide range of abilities, using the chair as one of our tools in our toolbox. We will warm-up, strengthen, stretch, and focus on balance and breathwork. You will leave this class with a sequence you can practice at home!
Harmonic Hearts Sound Bath
Akasha & Kira are traveling yogis and sound healers that have spent the past several years facilitating soundbaths, breathwork, and medicine ceremonies in India, Thailand, Mexico, Peru, Guatemala, Europe and the western United States. Their spiritual practice is rooted in yogic philosophy and also draws upon many different modalities and expressions learned and experienced around the world. Finding the most profound transformation through sound and breath, they focus on sharing the joy of expansion they have found through these two most primordial energies of the universe. They carry with them an incredible array of instruments that serve as their guides, such as the crystal alchemy singing bowls, grotta sonora gongs, tibetan bowls, didgeridoo, and Native American flutes.

In this two-hour advanced asana workshop, using Downward Facing Dog as our blueprint, you will learn the necessary alignment principles to safely come into forearm stand, handstand, headstand, and shoulderstand.

Drop into our tranquil setting with glowing candles and gentle, soothing music as Kelly leads you through a series of restorative yoga postures and deep relaxation. As you linger peacefully in well-supported poses, you will receive gentle hands-on touch with the aroma of essential oils. Shaping Your Life through Your Practice: Asana, Pranayama and Meditation
Join Kelly for an extended workshop to explore how various limbs of the yoga practice influence our lives.
You will be guided in segments through an asana (posture) practice, a few pranayama (breathwork) practices, and a meditation practice. Through these various practices, Kelly will discuss the distinctions between them in regards to time and space, specifically your past, present and future.
