In this nourishing workshop, we'll explore how yoga supports digestion by activating the Parasympathetic Nervous system or "rest and digest" response - the state where healing, absorption, and elimination work best.

Spring Equinox Reset: Strength to Stillness

Spring Equinox Reset: Strength to Stillness

Join us for a special Spring Equinox gathering honoring balance, renewal, and new beginnings.

This workshop offers a guided journey through 108 Sun Salutations, practiced at a steady, mindful pace. The repetition of movement and breath becomes a moving meditation, helping to build warmth, clear lingering winter energy, and cultivate focus and presence. Participants are encouraged to move with awareness, rest when needed, and honor their own rhythm. Modifications and pauses are always welcome.

After the movement practice, we’ll transition into an extended sound bath designed to support integration and renewal. As the body rests, the vibrations of sound help the nervous system soften, allowing the effects of the movement to fully land. This is where effort gives way to ease — where what you’ve released can settle, and what you’re inviting in can take shape.

Beloved Body

A Valentines Weekend Inspired Offering by Local Bodyworker and Qoya Movement Teacher, Danielle Small

Have you longed for a truly loving relationship with your body, deep self love, and to feel comfortable in your own skin? You are not alone. Culture, society, and media have contributed to the disempowerment of the feminine, and have created an epidemic of disconnection and toxic relationship to our own sacred vessels. Despite all the “how to’s” to reach this place, most of us are still confused and left wanting to know: How? How can I shift from the energies of rejection, wishing it would be different, and even loathing, into the energy of loving appreciation for my body?

Beloved Body is a playful practice for cultivating pleasurable presence with your body. Our body is our life partner, and creating a loving relationship with it is our empowered choice! A loving relationship with our bodies can help life feel like heaven on earth, and nourishes all other aspects of our lives. Come and experience how it can feel to fall in love with your beloved body!

Living with Intent: Consciously Designing Your Year Ahead

A heart-centered New Year workshop for renewal, clarity, and spiritual alignment—and not your typical “manifesting” experience.

As we step into a new year, we’re invited to pause, breathe, and gently realign with what matters most. This workshop offers a deeper, more grounded approach than traditional manifestation circles. Instead of pushing goals or resolutions, we’ll create spaciousness for inner clarity, conscious release, and heart-led intention.
Join Jennifer for a nurturing 3-hour experience designed to help you let go of old patterns, clear energetic residue, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. In this 75 minutes yoga class, we will modify classical yoga poses to make them more accessible to a wide range of abilities, using the chair as one of our tools in our toolbox. We will warm-up, strengthen, stretch, and focus on balance and breathwork. You will leave this class with a sequence you can practice at home!
