In this two-hour advanced asana workshop, using Downward Facing Dog as our blueprint, you will learn the necessary alignment principles to safely come into forearm stand, handstand, headstand, and shoulderstand.
By focusing on mobility and stability of the shoulders, engagement of the abdominals, and hamstring flexibility, you will learn to face fear, change your perspective, and grow in your confidence.
