Shaping Your Life through Your Practice: Asana, Pranayama and Meditation
Join Kelly for an extended workshop to explore how various limbs of the yoga practice influence our lives.
You will be guided in segments through an asana (posture) practice, a few pranayama (breathwork) practices, and a meditation practice. Through these various practices, Kelly will discuss the distinctions between them in regards to time and space, specifically your past, present and future. Treat yourself to a special and informative afternoon, experiencing deeper and unique aspects of a practice that informs how you are consciously shaping your life and the world in which you desire to live in.
Prepare to practice, breath, sit in meditation, and quietly reflect!

This workshop is a Hatha based practice, all levels are welcome. Please bring a journal and a pen.
