Elevate Your Practice Through Strength, Balance, & Control

This dynamic, 4 part series is designed for practitioners ready to deepen their physical and philosophical yoga journey. Sessions are led by seasoned practitioner and certified instructor, Amanda Erben, 200 HR Yoga Alliance RYT.

During this series, we’ll explore:

  • More challenging postures and transitions

  • Proper muscle engagement for strength and flexibility

  • Hands-on assists for alignment and support

  • Deconstructing complex poses and transitions

  • Breathwork to guide effort and ease

Series meets Saturdays in October - 4th, 11th, 18th, & 25th from 1:30-3:00 pm

Session Overview:

Session 1: Ujjayi pranayama: how to maintain it during asana

Session 2: Drishti: “Yogic gaze” how it can improve posture and balance

Session 3: Mula Bandha: how to advance your energy flow/concentration

Session 4: Applying and weaving the elements we learned to cultivate both physical strength and mental well-being.
