Prenatal Yoga with Christina Campbell

Prenatal Yoga at Harmony House is an invitation to connect with yourself during this transformative time, nourishing your body and preparing your heart and mind for the arrival of your new little one.

Classes will be all level, specifically focused on supporting the continuing changes of your pregnant body through both mindful movement and relaxation. Your breath will be guided to support your practice and connection to your baby. You'll also be guided through mental strengthening practices to support challenging moments ahead in labor and in motherhood :) Our gatherings are also a great time to connect with other moms in the community.

4 Sessions on Tuesdays - March 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st from 12:30-1:45 PM

4 Sessions - $80

Single Session $25

Guru Members Save 10% on either option

While prenatal yoga is a safe practice, depending upon your unique pregnancy, it may be important to consult with your midwife/doctor prior to engaging in physical activity. Please reach out to Christina prior to signing up if you have any questions or concerns at harmonyhousedirector@gmail.com
