In this nourishing workshop, we'll explore how yoga supports digestion by activating the Parasympathetic Nervous system or "rest and digest" response - the state where healing, absorption, and elimination work best.
Through guided breath work, mindful movement including twists, gentle core activation, and soothing restorative poses, you'll learn how to:
- Stimulate digestive circulation
- Reduce bloating and abdominal tension
- Support healthy motility
- Improve vagus nerve tone
- Calm stress patters that disrupt gut health
We will conclude with an engaging discussion on nutrition for gut-health, exploring simple, sustainable ways to support digestion through whole foods, fiber diversity, hydration, and mindful eating practices.
