Yang to yin

I've been wanting a practice with enough room to build heat, then enough room to really rest. This two-hour Yang to Yin experience combines 90 minutes of strong, intentional vinyasa followed by 30 minutes of restorative postures and sound healing.
We'll start by building strength, moving through resistance, and creating heat in the body.
Then, the practice becomes restorative with supported shapes, long exhales, stillness, and sound healing. As the body softens, sound will guide the nervous system toward deeper integration, allowing the practice to settle beyond the physical.
In this practice, the yang creates the opening and the yin allows it to settle. This is the full cycle and it's what most of us are missing. We sometimes forget that effort without restoration eventually becomes depletion. This practice honors the importance of both.
