Prenatal Yoga: Restorative Edition with Christina Campbell

Pregnancy is a time of profound transformation. It is a journey of highs and lows as your entire life changes and your body takes on a new focus. While staying active is important, moments of slowing down during this season are also essential.

Our upcoming 4 week prenatal series is intended to bring more ease and nourishment into your pregnancy journey. This is an invitation to connect with yourself during this transformative time, nourishing your body and preparing your heart and mind for the arrival of your new little one.

Our evening sessions will be held during sunset hour as you move from the vibrant energy of the day, to the ease of the evening. You'll be calmed by soft music as you're guided through gentle movements to support the physical changes that come with pregnancy. You'll experience the profound, soothing benefits of consciously breathing. You'll also enjoy well supported prenatal restorative postures that are intended to ease muscle tension, relax your connective tissue and bring forward deep relaxation.

 This will not be a prenatal "workout", but rather a time to drop into the moment, to find ease, and to replenish from all the "to dos", acknowledging the amazing work your body is doing to grow your baby.

 Join Christina for this 4 week series! Sessions will meet each Thursday in June: June 5 through June 26 from 7:30-8:30 pm
