In this workshop, we’ll move progressively — building the foundation needed to rise into Crow with steadiness and intention.

Along the way, we’ll explore accessible drills and variations that strengthen you physically, balance you mentally, and deepen your trust in yourself.

This isn’t just about taking flight.
It’s about learning how to support yourself when you do.

All levels are welcome! No arm balance experience is required — just a willingness to explore, play, and approach the practice with curiosity. Come as you are. Leave feeling stronger, steadier, and more connected to your ability to trust yourself — on and off the mat.
