Baby & Me Yoga: A Gentle Return To Yourself
This nurturing yoga series invites mothers and their babies into a shared space of presence, softness, and connection.
Designed to support the postpartum journey, each class weaves gentle movement to support rebuilding strength as well as breathwork and mindful pauses to help moms reconnect with their bodies, calm the nervous system, and restore inner balance.
Babies are welcomed just as they are — held, included, rested, or moving alongside you — as the practice honors both bonding and self-care. This is a place to slow down, be supported, and remember yourself, one breath at a time.
4 Week Series Starts April 3rd and will be held on Fridays from 12:30-1:30 pm through April 24th.
Price is $80 for full 4 week series or $25 for single drop in. Guru Members receive 10% off either option.
This series is intended for postpartum mothers and their pre-crawlers. It is recommended to wait a minimum of 6 weeks post delivery and 8 weeks post c-section before resuming moderate physical activity. Please consult with your healthcare professional if you have concerns.
Pre-registration is required as space is limited. Refunds are not given for missed sessions.
