Delaney Wright
Hello my name is Delaney Wright.
Three words to describe me are kind, creative, and driven.
When I’m not teaching yoga, I am chasing my toddler around, surfing or hiking.
My ideal morning is quiet with a coffee and my journal or a good book.
I dream about living abroad for a period of time.
I grateful for my health, my happiness, my family, and my community.
Yoga has taught me many things about how to love myself, about confidence, about humility, patience, stepping out of my comfort zone, awareness of the subtle body, and the power of the breath.
I love to teach vinyasa and yin.
Three words to describe my teaching style fun, dynamic, and challenging.
As a teacher I am, and always will be, a student first.
Music you might hear in my class: East Forest, El Buho, Jose Gonzales.. beats drums flutes and calming rhythmic things.
My yoga experience includes a over a decade of teaching, with a large break when I realized sometimes doing less is more.
I am excited to be a part of the HH community because I began my yoga journey here 14 years ago. I’m very excited and happy to be back!
